• Conduct comprehensive telehealth sessions utilizing video conferencing to assess and diagnose behavioral health conditions.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring evidence-based practices.
• Utilize technology effectively for clinical documentation, scheduling, and communication, maintaining accurate and confidential records.
• Respond to participants' needs in real-time through our proprietary chat-bot, providing therapeutic support and resources.
• Conduct follow-up sessions and monitor progress towards treatment goals, making adjustments as necessary based on patient response and feedback.
• Stay informed on best practices in telehealth and adapt to evolving policies and legal regulations regarding remote mental health services.
• Engage actively in team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and refine treatment approaches.
• Provide psychoeducation and support to participants and their families regarding mental health concerns.

This role primarily involves working with diverse client populations, particularly individuals aged 8 and older. You will engage with participants who are navigating challenging circumstances related to mental health, encouraging them towards recovery and empowerment. Our comprehensive treatment approach also involves collaborating with caregivers and other support systems to enhance the overall effectiveness of therapy.

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active California LCSW license, indicating a commitment to professional standards and ethical practice.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in providing therapy for various mental health conditions.
• Strong understanding of telehealth policies and regulations within California.
• Advanced proficiency in using technology for conducting virtual therapy sessions and managing clinical responsibilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients in a digital format.
• A commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor in all virtual interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and determine appropriate care levels for participants.

• Experience working with adolescents (ages 8+) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with integrated care approaches that involve collaboration with healthcare providers.
