Clinical Specialist - Sales โ€“ Atlanta (Job Ref: 26I/CHAT)

We have exciting new career opportunities for a sales focused individual in the role of Clinical Specialist- Sales, based in Atlanta, Georgia. If you have at least 3 years field-based sales experience, please read on.

Location: Remote, Homebased. Based in Atlanta, however travel will be required within Georgia and neighbouring states.

Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 17.00. However, flexibility will be required.

Salary: Range for base salary $70,000-$90,000 based on relevant experience. Car allowance ($600 per month) also paid once on the road. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), LTD, STD, Accident, Critical Illness, Group Life, and Voluntary Life. Business related expenses are also paid. Commission structure in place once initial sales threshold is achieved.

What does the Clinical Specialist (Sales) role involve?

This role is responsible for sales and promotion of Randox Clinical products throughout a wide range of industries, developing business with current customers as well as winning new business. In addition, the successful applicant will:

  • Contribute to the companyโ€™s overall growth and profitability by development and maintaining customers through providing a high level of support and service as a salesperson.
  • Identify and develop customer relations in areas where we are currently unrepresented.
  • Prepare sales reports and sales projections.
  • Manage key accounts.
  • Market research into the potential business opportunities for new and current Randox product lines.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and competitor awareness.
  • Full on the job training will be provided on our processes.
Who can apply?

This role is ideally suited to someone who has at least 3 years sales experience within the diagnostics / health sciences field. Candidates with an existing network within hospital systems are of particular interest.

Other Essential criteria:
  • Qualified to at least a degree level.
  • Minimum 3 yearsโ€™ experience in field-based sales job.
  • Proactive approach and self-starting spirit to challenges in the market.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise working procedures.
  • The ability to apply and recognise the most profitable course of actions.
  • Experience in working to and achieving targets.
  • High degree of self-motivation
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications โ€“ Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Possess a full US driving license
  • Flexible, as the nature of this position will require you to work such hours deemed necessary to complete the responsibilities.
  • The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with high-level business partners.
  • The right to work in the USA, sponsorship is not offered with this role.
Desirable:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably within the Diagnostics / Health Sciences sector.
