As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through product selection, promotions, ordering, and delivery updates-providing a seamless, full-service experience from start to finish. You'll stay current on furniture trends, present solutions confidently, and maintain a welcoming showroom that reflects our commitment to both customers and our team.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the full customer journey, delivering a seamless experience from initial engagement through post-delivery follow-up.
• Confidently guide customers through product selection, promotions, ordering, and delivery communication to drive successful outcomes.
• Accurately prepare and process sales orders, meeting performance and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong product expertise
• Proactively respond to assigned text and digital chat inquiries using company-approved tools to convert opportunities into sales.
• Present and recommend product protection plans and available financing options to maximize customer value and sales results.
• Actively manage leads and conduct timely customer follow-up to drive appointments, close sales, and support repeat business.
• Clearly communicate promotional pricing and advertised merchandise to support informed buying decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling showroom that supports an effective sales environment.
