Position Overview
The Account Representative is a front-line revenue and relationship driver for BAC, responsible for converting inbound and outbound sales opportunities into accurate, high-quality reservations and long-term client relationships.
This role operates at the intersection of sales performance, operational accuracy, and service excellence. Account Representatives work both independently and collaboratively-owning individual performance metrics while contributing to shared team goals, standards, and outcomes.
As part of BAC's Operation Alignment Initiative, Account Representatives are expected to follow defined sales workflows, uphold documentation and handoff standards, and ensure every booking sets Operations up for success. This is a role for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, client-focused, and motivated by both personal accountability and team

Previous experience in sales, reservations, customer service, or account management preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
