Job description

Description

The "Voice of CNB"ย

Are you a problem-solver with a passion for helping people? Do you enjoy being the "go-to" expert who saves the day? At Citizens National Bank, we are looking for a committed team member who is ready to provide the consistent, high quality support our community relies on every day.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll be the face (well, the voice!) of our mission to provide exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff):

  • Be a Digital Guru: Master our online and mobile banking product suite. You'll be the subject matter expert helping clients navigate everything from mobile deposits to card controls.
  • The Ultimate Problem Solver: Whether it's a question about a debit card, a wire transfer, or just a general inquiry, you'll dive in, research, and find the solution.
  • Build Relationships: You're not just answering phones; you're building trust. You'll use your expertise to recommend the perfect products that truly help our clients succeed.
  • Collaborate & Create: Beyond the client engagements, you'll work on department projects and help keep our operations running smoothly.
  • Chat Master: Manage live chat support and secure digital banking messages, providing quick, accurate, and friendly solutions in real-time.
  • Be a Sales Sleuth: Use our powerful Synapsys platform to identify and qualify client needs, turning every call into a potential sales lead to deepen relationships and boost the bank's success.
  • Service with a Smile (and Speed!): Consistently deliver five-star service on every interaction, making clients feel valued, understood, and quickly taken care of.
  • Be the CNB Brain: Become well versed in all CNB products and services, acting as a knowledgeable resource while adhering to state and federal regulations to ensure compliance and client security.
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Why You'll Love It Here:

We believe in taking care of the people who take care of our clients. Your hard work comes with some pretty sweet perks:

  • Health is Wealth: 100% paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for you!
  • Future Focused: A 401k plan to help you reach your long-term goals.
  • Peace of Mind: Life insurance, plus Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage.
  • Work-Life Balance: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) to recharge your batteries.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Required Education: A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: A background in customer service or call center support is a huge plus, but we value a great attitude and a willingness to learn above all!
  • The Vibe: You should be professional, efficient, and ready to meet (or exceed!) customer expectations every single day.

The Schedule: Most weeks, you'll be here Monday (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM) and Tuesday through Friday (7:45 AM - 5:00 PM). Occasionally, we'll need your help on weekends or for a few extra hours when things get busy!ย

We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply.ย
