This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while connecting with clients via video chat. Our digital platform serves as your personal online office where you can manage appointments, conduct counseling sessions, and access resources to enhance your practice. • Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, focusing on enhancing clients' mental health and emotional well-being.
• Create a supportive atmosphere, encouraging clients to openly discuss their feelings and experiences to foster self-discovery and growth.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on clinically sound techniques, utilizing your expertise to guide clients towards achieving their personal goals.
• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them to articulate their needs and navigate their therapeutic journey effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Your clients will primarily consist of pre-screened, stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. This ensures you will not encounter severely distressed patients, allowing you to focus on those who can benefit from your specialized skills and tailored interventions. Clients are matched to you based on your areas of expertise, ensuring alignment with your professional background and personal preferences.

A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Full independent licensure as a counselor, as evidenced by one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses, and a clear disciplinary history.
• Strong decision-making capabilities to perform professional evaluations and create effective treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, showing empathy and understanding during client interactions.
• Proficient computer skills to utilize our counseling platform effectively.

While we welcome applicants from various backgrounds, priority will be given to those with experience in:

• Solution-focused therapy and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Working with adults exhibiting low to moderate levels of distress.
• Utilizing telehealth platforms for counseling sessions.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, depending on hours worked. Full-time counselors are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend. We provide direct deposit for weekly pay, ensuring timely compensation for your dedicated work.
