Trinity Mental and Wellness Center is seeking dedicated and licensed mental health therapists to join our team as we continue to meet the growing demand for mental health services. This position allows for remote work from the comfort of your own home, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. As a therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being. A competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year is offered based on working hours and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ethical, compassionate, and confidential mental health counseling sessions via video chat.

  • Facilitate client self-discovery by helping them explore their experiences, emotions, and relationships.
  • Monitor client progress against their treatment goals and adapt plans as necessary to ensure effective coping strategies are developed.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients who present diverse mental health needs—ranging from anxiety and depression to stress management and interpersonal issues. Our goal is to assist these individuals in gaining insights and skills that enhance their quality of life, making a significant impact on their mental health journey.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Must hold a full license to practice independently—options include:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • No limited or provisional licenses; no prior disciplinary actions.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong client-centered approach.
  • Strong proficiency in technology and computer literacy is essential for managing virtual sessions and documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working remotely in a therapeutic setting is preferred but not required.
