Job Title: Registered Nurse Intensive Care Unit

City/State: Evanston, Illinois

Shift: 12h Night, Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00

Contract Length: 56 weeks

Start Date: 05/31/2026

Job Description:

This position involves working as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, with responsibilities at multiple locations including Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, and Skokie hospitals, predominantly at Evanston and Glenbrook.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level critical care nursing to ICU patients.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records through EPIC Charting.
  • Manage a patient ratio of 1:2, sometimes 1:3.

Requirements:

  • Illinois RN License.
  • BLS, ACLS certifications (CCRN is preferred).
  • 2+ years of strong ICU experience (Cardiac and/or neuro experience preferred).
  • Pass an EKG test with a score of 80% or higher.
