Job description:
We are an IT support firm seeking an IT Admin / Supervisor to work full-time in San Dimas, CA.

Responsibilities will include:
*Oversee a team of 3 onsite IT support staff
*Work with the client and IT mgmt. to prioritize work assignments
*Provide recommendations for efficiency and automation
*Provide detailed metrics on IT-related tasks
*Manage onsite inventory of equipment and oversee shipping/receiving of all IT equipment
*Facilitate project completion
*We expect this position to be ~70% managerial and 30% technical

Technical responsibilities will include:
*Administration and troubleshooting of Windows-based devices
*Administration of Microsoft 365
*Administration of a large Google-based environment including Google Workspace and Chromebooks
*Administration of Apple MAC and iOS devices

This job is located onsite at our client's office in San Dimas. The client is a distance learning public charter school serving grades K-12. You will work within a team of IT professionals that are responsible for the client's entire technology department. The general schedule is M-F ~8:00am to 4:30pm. After-hours and weekend work rarely occurs, but is sometimes necessary. This position reports to an offsite manager.

Qualifications:

- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent people skills are our top priority. You must be able to communicate clearly and professionally.

- Experience: 3+ yrs of experience supporting users in a helpdesk role; 1+ yrs managing staff

- Professional Presence: You will represent our company on-site with our client daily, so a professional appearance and the ability to speak and write concisely are essential.

- Multitasking: You must be comfortable managing multiple tickets and projects simultaneously and switching tasks as needed.

- Requirements: As this role involves working within an organization that serves children, a clean criminal record (no DUIs, misdemeanors, etc.) and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory. You may also occasionally be required to lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an educational environment.

- Industry-standard IT certifications (e.g., A+, Network+, or Microsoft-based certifications).
