Production Operator
Charter Wire's 81st Street facility is currently looking to fill a 3rd shift manufacturing job in our Sort and Pack Department. Production Operators will run multiple high-powered machines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented production environment.
What do you need to know about the job?
  • Pay Range - $21 starting, or higher for highly qualified candidates
  • Shift - 2nd: 2pm - 10pm
  • Location - 7850 N. 81st Street, Milwaukee, WI 53223

What does a Production Operator at Charter Wire do?
Charter Wire's 81st Street facility produces parts for global customers and is heavily focused on quality in all positions. This facility has several production areas, each with multiple levels for Production employees to pursue when they're ready.
Stamping Department Operators run up to four stamping machines to ensure we are making very specialized parts that will meet customers' quality requirements. They will operate in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail for quality, performing inspections, basic troubleshooting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
