Position Title: Creative Content Producer

Report To: Marketing Manager

Work Site: Overland Park, KS – Onsite Position

About the Position

Charlie Hustle is looking for a highly creative, hands-on Creative Content Producer to lead photography, short-form video production, and visual content creation across the brand.

This role will serve as the primary content producer for the marketing team, responsible for capturing, editing, and creating high-quality visual assets that bring the Charlie Hustle brand to life across product launches, retail experiences, social media, email marketing, partnerships, and larger brand campaigns.

This person will work closely alongside the Marketing Manager, Digital Designer, and E-Commerce Specialist as part of a small, highly collaborative marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role will independently own day-to-day content production while helping execute both larger campaign shoots and quick-turn creative needs in a fast-moving apparel environment.

Key Responsibilities

•   Serve as the primary in-house photographer and content producer for the Charlie Hustle brand
•  Capture and edit product photography for new launches, e-commerce, website merchandising, email marketing, and broader digital initiatives
•  Own photography execution for lifestyle shoots, campaign launches, partnership activations, retail events, and larger brand moments
•   Capture and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, paid social, and other digital marketing initiatives
•   Stay current on social media trends, formats, sounds, and emerging content styles, identifying timely opportunities that make sense for the Charlie Hustle brand
•   Develop behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, product-focused, trend-driven, and brand storytelling content that aligns with the Charlie Hustle aesthetic
•   Assist with planning and executing larger photoshoots, including creative prep, organization, equipment setup, and asset management
•   Quickly capture and produce content for new product arrivals, launches, partnerships, and reactive real-time marketing opportunities
•   Edit and deliver creative assets for social media, email, website, digital advertising, and broader campaign initiatives
•   Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Digital Designer to support product launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives

·         Must be able to work overtime hours as needed

·         Provide light design and creative production support as needed, including basic Photoshop editing, Canva design, asset resizing, and preparing assets for web, product pages, email, paid media, and other digital channels

·         Provide secondary support on social media execution when needed, including Story/Reel capture, occasional posting support, and content assistance during team absences or high-volume campaign periods

·         Manage and organize photo and video assets, including file organization, storage, and delivery of final assets

·         Help increase overall creative output and maintain a strong pipeline of fresh visual content

·         Assist in other departments during busy seasons

·         Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

•  3+ years of professional experience in photography, content creation, videography, or creative marketing roles
•  Hands-on experience operating professional camera equipment and independently executing studio product photography, lifestyle shoots, and campaign photography required; experience with Canon cameras, including the Canon EOS R5, is a plus
•  Portfolio submission is required for consideration. Portfolio must showcase relevant photography and short-form video work
•  Experience with social media content creation and/or light graphic design strongly preferred
•  Experience creating content for consumer, apparel, retail, lifestyle, or sports-related brands strongly preferred
•  Strong photography skills with the ability to independently execute both day-to-day product shoots and larger lifestyle/campaign shoots
•  Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media, with an understanding of current trends, formats, and platform-specific best practices
•  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Lightroom
•  Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms preferred
•  Strong understanding of visual storytelling, modern brand aesthetics, and what makes content feel timely, relevant, and engaging
•  Ability to manage multiple creative projects while maintaining speed, quality, and attention to detail

•  Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly and timelines move fast

·         Must have a valid unrestricted driver’s license and their own means of transportation

•  Collaborates well with designers, marketers, and cross-functional partners and is receptive to creative direction and feedback
•  Thrives in a fast-paced creative environment where content needs are constantly evolving

Interview Process

Candidates who advance through two rounds of interviews may be selected to participate in a paid mini photoshoot trial as the final stage of the interview process. The paid trial will provide an opportunity to demonstrate photography, creative thinking, execution, and the ability to bring the Charlie Hustle brand aesthetic to life in a real-world setting. Candidates selected for the trial will be compensated for their time and work.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 Annually
