The primary function of this position is the creation and management of customer relevant data within the SAP environment supporting Telesales, Ebusiness and Sales Service. This includes the setup, managing customer account partnerships within and across Airgas sales organizations. Collaborate with and act as a resource for colleagues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Account Maintenance in SAP Customer Master
• Enter and maintain account information according to SOP's and best business practice.
• Create new accounts using Salesforce ticketing system which averages 88 requests per day
• Create credit and collection segments on newly created accounts
• Create new accounts for SalesService files submitted via Google Form/Sheets
• Assist TA with account partnership and general customer master questions
• Close duplications of account records in Salesforce
• Monitor and review data change lists for SF00.
• Extend customer accounts into other sales orgs
• Set-up and maintain ZREP/ER relationships in SAP and PROS hierarchy
• Add/Align New Hires in Pros and SAP for all TA centers under correct ZREP manager from New Hire Spreadsheet provided by trainers
• Enter and maintain Customer pricing structures, special costs and chargebacks for sales org SF00
• Assist in training for process & procedures to maintain data
• Process Failed Invoice report
• Maintain Zip Code XREF file
• All other duties as assigned
Are you a MATCH?
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Google suite of office products; adept at learning new computer software/applications
  • 0-3 years experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • SAP knowledge, Vistex and reporting and/or ability to obtain the necessary skills
