  • Maintain pricing and GPO membership data in the pricing system (Vistex)
  • Communicate pricing adjustments across the business daily
  • Partner with AR, Sales, Customer Service, and National Accounts
  • Build SOPs and drive process improvements

Who fits:

Two profiles work here.

  • Experienced chargeback, rebate, or contract pricing pros from healthcare, med device, or pharma. An Associates degree is fine with this background.
  • Sharp finance or accounting talent with 2-3+ years of experience and strong Excel skills who want a business-facing analytical role with room to grow into other areas of the company. Bachelors required for this path.

Nice to have:

  • SAP and Vistex experience
  • BW or similar reporting tools
  • Healthcare distribution, GPO, or class of trade knowledge

Why this one:

  • Employee-owned, stable, mission-driven company
  • Above-market total rewards: strong 401k with safe harbor match, 11 paid holidays, education assistance
  • Real growth path beyond the role
  • 2-step process, so no drawn-out hiring cycle
