Attention Service Professionals! Are you tired of the same old dealership? Bring your talents and come join a winning team at Chappell Tractor Sales, LLC! Our Concord, NH location has an immediate full time job opening in the Service department as a SERVICE ADVISOR.


Our Service Advisors are the face and voice of the company! Duties involve:

  • greeting customers at the service counter
  • answering service phone calls
  • validating customer information
  • properly recording work requests
  • opening work orders
  • tracking progress through the shop
  • final closing of work orders

Candidates must:

  • be agile problem solvers
  • sound computer skills
  • CDK IntelliDealer business system experience is valuable $$

As a Service Advisor for Chappell Tractor, you will be the first contact with our valued customers. Superior communication is what our customers expect. You will provide that daily communication and act as a liaison between the customer and the shop. Our motto is “You’ll Notice the Difference”. You will be the key person in that difference!


You will work closely with the Service Manager, shop & road technicians, as well as our Parts, Sales and Rental departments in order to provide the highest level of care. Excellent multi-tasking and follow through is a must!
