Summary of Job:

Assist Project Superintendent in planning, directing and coordinating the daily activities for all Mechanical trades on large construction projects. Has the ultimate responsibility for project safety, meeting the construction schedule, and labor productivity. Direct and coordinate onsite personnel and subcontractors in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing and resolving problems, questions and concerns.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Mechanical Construction Management is preferred
  • Knowledge of Virtual Construction practices as well as 3D Models, Spooling and Fabrication
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as other applications as needed
