Job description

Director of SEO – Multi-Site Behavioral Health Network

Location: Boca Raton, FL | In-Office | Full-Time

Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 base salary

Relocation: Lump-sum assistance up to $7,500 available for the right candidate

About Us

We operate a growing network of five behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment facilities across Tennessee, Georgia, Massachusetts, and Missouri, with our corporate office headquartered in Boca Raton. Search is the primary channel connecting people in crisis to our care, and we are building a best-in-class in-house marketing team to own that channel completely. We have made the investment — now we need the operator to execute.

The Role

We are hiring a Director of SEO to own organic search strategy across five separate facility websites and lead the function as a senior member of our in-office marketing team. You will work in direct, daily collaboration with our PPC strategists, report to executive leadership, and be held accountable to admissions-attributed outcomes — not vanity metrics.

You will audit five domains, develop the network strategy, and execute against it. You have done this before, and you know exactly what to do.

What You Will Own

  • Organic search strategy and execution across five facility websites in four states
  • Multi-domain portfolio management — audit, prioritize, and build a network SEO strategy including long-term consolidation planning
  • Local SEO across all five locations — Google Business Profile, citations, local pack performance, and compliant review generation
  • Technical SEO — full site health ownership across all five domains, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and crawl management
  • Content strategy — E-E-A-T-aligned content programs with clinician contributors; YMYL compliance built in from the start
  • Cross-channel strategy with in-office PPC team — shared keyword intelligence, landing page collaboration, and unified attribution reporting
  • Executive reporting — monthly dashboards tying organic performance directly to leads and admissions
  • Competitive intelligence across all five markets
  • Building the SEO function over time — tool stack, processes, and eventually junior headcount

What We Are Looking For

  • 6-10+ years of SEO experience with multi-site or multi-domain portfolio ownership
  • Behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare vertical experience - this is a requirement, not a preference
  • Demonstrated ability to build or rebuild an SEO function from the ground up
  • Deep technical SEO proficiency - audits, remediation, and developer communication without handholding
  • Local SEO mastery across multiple simultaneous locations
  • Proven PPC collaboration - you have worked alongside a paid team and built cross-channel strategy together
  • Full attribution fluency - you connect organic performance to business outcomes
  • Executive communication skills - clear, confident presenter to leadership
  • LegitScript familiarity and HIPAA marketing awareness strongly preferred
  • Based in or willing to relocate to South Florida Boca Raton Area

What We Offer

  • $140,000 base salary - top of market for this role and geography
  • In-office role at our Boca Raton corporate headquarters
  • Direct reporting line to executive leadership with real strategic authority
  • Relocation assistance - lumpsum up to $7,500 for qualifying candidates
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Competitive PTO
  • The opportunity to build and own a function at a growing behavioral health network

To Apply

Send your resume, a walkthrough of a multi-site or multi-domain SEO strategy you have owned with measurable outcomes, and a brief description of how you have collaborated with a paid search team to Stacy.Lechleitner@nrgmanagementfl.com. We review applications on a rolling basis.
