This position is on a base annual salary + commission plan. Base Salary is dependent on experience.

DCG ONE is one of the largest privately held marketing service providers in the country. Based in Seattle, with locations in NYC and Maryland, we help companies deliver their brand worldwide through creative, print, and fulfillment services.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Inside Sales position at DCG ONE is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and growing relationships with clients across both established and new accounts.

We are seeking a candidate who can proactively consult with clients on best practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate closely with our internal account support teams. While our service offering is expansive, this role will focus largely on print production solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exercise a high degree of discretion to successfully manage relationships with multiple customers and business units.
  • Participate in customer strategic business reviews.
  • Develop and deliver project pricing.
  • Direct and participate in project management.
  • Demonstrate technical aptitude by being able to respond to customer’s technical inquiries regarding service or by being able to locate to the proper channel or resource.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on custom product features for accounts.
  • Conduct regular scheduled customer meetings as appropriate for each account.
  • Build and establish lasting relationships and achieve trusted status with the customers to help them realize their definition of success.
  • Play a transactional role in the invoicing process, process quotes, POs, invoices, etc.
  • Report regularly on KPIs including product adoption, revenue growth, etc.
  • Update accounts and contact records for accounts to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience both in our product and processes.
  • Interface with other departments through written and verbal communications to handle customer situations, problems, and questions.
  • Perform quality checks through-out production process as needed.
  • Distribute all necessary paperwork to the appropriate departments.
  • Coordinate any mid-stream production changes with production leads and update all necessary paperwork.
  • Reconciles & bills all orders in a timely fashion to support invoicing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least five (5) years of experience in sales or project management
  • Some level of knowledge of print production (1-2 years minimum)
  • Experience in the broader marketing industry is preferred.
