Global Executive Director, Aftermarket Sales

Position Summary

The Global Executive Director of Aftermarket Sales is responsible for developing and executing Stanadyne's worldwide aftermarket growth strategy across diesel fuel systems, components, service parts, and related solutions. This executive leadership role drives revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, market expansion, and channel development across all regions, including North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and emerging markets.

The position leads global sales teams, distributor networks, strategic accounts, and regional aftermarket organizations while collaborating closely with product management, operations, engineering, marketing, and customer support functions. The Executive Director serves as a key member of the company and plays a critical role in shaping the company's long-term aftermarket strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a global aftermarket sales strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across all aftermarket channels.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities, competitive threats, and industry trends impacting the diesel and fuel systems aftermarket.
  • Establish annual and multi-year business plans, sales forecasts, and growth initiatives.

Revenue Growth & Business Development

  • Lead global sales efforts for replacement parts, service components, remanufactured products, and aftermarket solutions.

Global Channel Management

  • Build, manage, and optimize a worldwide distributor and channel partner network.
