Job Title: Program & Contract Manager (Enterprise Initiatives & Leadership Development)
Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic, adaptable, and results-driven Program & Contract Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives focused on leadership development, digital fluency, and operational transformation. In this hybrid role, you will act as both a program delivery expert and a commercial contracts lead-managing day-to-day project execution while evaluating contract terms, negotiating commercial proposals, and ensuring financial compliance across workstreams.
This is a high-visibility role for a professional who combines rigorous business acumen with exceptional communication and facilitation skills. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams (finance, procurement, engineering, and quality), track project dependencies, and drive strategic learning and change management programs. Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Cross-Functional Delivery
• Execution & Governance: Manage day-to-day project execution, including timelines, critical milestones, risk mitigation, and deliverables alignment.
• Workstream Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to support enterprise-wide leadership development, facilitation, and digital fluency programs.
• Progress Tracking & Reporting: Track project progress, prepare executive-ready status updates, and escalate risks proactively to ensure work remains on schedule and aligned with business priorities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, follow up on action items, and maintain clear, transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Commercial Management & Contract Administration
• Proposal & Cost Estimation: Estimate recurring and non-recurring project costs; prepare and submit commercial proposals to customers.
• Contract Analysis & Negotiation: Analyze and evaluate contract terms and commercial proposals; conduct commercial negotiations and incorporate results into existing agreements.
• Claims & Compliance: Pursue and conclude past-due commercial claims; serve as the primary contractual point of contact for customers and internal leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate, coordinate, and monitor requirements and performance for out-of-scope work in partnership with finance, procurement, engineering, quality, and legal/contracts leadership.
• Staff Direction: Provide operational direction and oversight to contract administrators and supporting project staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in program management, contract administration, or commercial project leadership.
• Technical & Commercial Mastery:
oBroad knowledge of project/program management best practices, company policies, and accounting/budgeting principles.
oDemonstrated expertise in cost estimation, contract review, and commercial negotiations.
oStrong foundation in structured project management tools, implementation planning, and resource coordination.
• Core Competencies: Strategic thinker with strong business acumen; exceptional collaboration, influence, and resilience; results-oriented and data-driven mindset; strong foundation in adult learning principles with a passion for continuous improvement.

• Expert facilitation skills for virtual, in-person, and hybrid learning and development experiences.
• Executive presence, advanced presentation skills, and expertise in data visualization/executive-ready reporting.
• Experience leading difficult conversations, coaching, and facilitating peer-to-peer learning sessions.
