With operations in the US, Ireland and China, ZAGG's products are available worldwide at leading retailers. Committed to sustainability, ZAGG is taking steps to reduce its carbon impact in manufacturing, packaging, materials, shipping, and recycling. Our mission is to protect and enhance your mobile lifestyle while making a positive impact on the planet.
As ZAGG's Creative Project Manager, you will be the operational engine behind creative work that drives sell-through performance at retail. You'll partner closely with Product Marketing Managers and Channel Marketing Managers to bring high-impact retail marketing projects to life, keeping timelines tight, quality high, and design resources firing on all cylinders. This is a fast-paced role built for someone who thrives on juggling many moving part, thinks two steps ahead of a deadline, and takes pride in getting great creative work across the finish line on time.
What You Will Do
  • Serve as the communication hub for the Print and Retail Design team, maintaining a high level of clear, consistent communication within the team and with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Channel Marketing Managers to scope projects, clarify objectives, and align on deliverables that maximize retail sell-through.
  • Manage the day-to-day flow of creative projects, from intake through final delivery, keeping every stakeholder informed on status, dependencies, and changes.
  • Build and maintain project timelines, proactively identifying risks and removing roadblocks before they impact deadlines.
  • Drive a culture of accountability within the team, ensuring deadlines are consistently met and ownership is clear at every stage of a project.
  • Create and manage dashboards that give management visibility into resource demands, project status, and workload health-tracking on-time projects, off-track projects, rush project volume, and more.
  • Allocate and manage design resources to balance workloads, prioritize competing demands, and ensure the right people are on the right work.
  • Lead creative planning meetings and team huddles to align priorities, surface blockers, and keep work moving.
  • Own the quality-control process, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and creative expectations before they ship.
  • Support the marketing team with various office management responsibilities, including ordering office supplies, coordinating lunch for department events, managing mail delivery, and other administrative needs.
  • Continuously improve workflows, tools, and processes to help the team work faster and smarter.

What You'll Need to Be Successful
  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within a creative, design, or marketing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects under tight, shifting deadlines.
  • Strong resource management skills, with experience balancing design team capacity against competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a positive, "can-do" attitude that energizes the team and stakeholders alike.
  • Driven, hard-working, and a natural problem solver who takes initiative and sees challenges through to resolution.
  • Experience building or managing dashboards and reporting to give leadership visibility into status and resource demands.
  • Familiarity with retail marketing, print production, and/or the creative development process.
  • Working knowledge of prepress and print-file preparation a big plus, helping inform timelines and lead-times.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • A calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure and a bias toward keeping work moving.

What You'll Love About ZAGG

  • Generous PTO - Plus two floating holidays to use as you choose.
  • 401(k) Match - Company contributions to support your long-term financial goals.
