Position: Manager, Channel Marketing – National Accounts

Reports to: Partner, SVP Marketing

Summary / Job Objective:

The Channel Marketing Manager will help lead the development and execution of tailored product marketing strategies across our National Account channel, directly supporting broker-dealers, banks, and major financial institutions. This strategic role is responsible for establishing clear product positioning, high-impact messaging, and custom go-to-market initiatives designed to accelerate advisor adoption, product sales, and long-term channel retention.

Essential Job Functions:

The Channel Marketing Manager will maximize the value of the current network by optimizing ongoing marketing delivery for existing national accounts, including broker-dealers, banks, and institutional partners, while also designing the onboarding frameworks for newly affiliated organizations. By translating complex insights into compelling, targeted messaging, this role will drive advisor awareness, product adoption, retention, and sales growth across the distribution network. This individual will collaborate closely with national account managers and external partners to ensure offerings are uniquely differentiated and robustly supported, while navigating complex regulatory landscapes to ensure all marketing initiatives strictly align with required compliance and approval frameworks.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Field & Sales Enablement – Create specialized sales playbooks, institutional training content, presentation decks, product one-pagers, and campaign materials tailored for national account partners and their field advisors.

· Drive Partner & Advisor Engagement – Manage, enhance, and optimize ongoing marketing programs for existing national accounts to drive advisor retention and product adoption, while scaling framework toolkits for newly onboarded firms. Develop attribution models to clearly demonstrate how marketing initiatives drive key business KPIs.

· Campaign Execution – Execute targeted, multi-channel campaigns that promote product awareness, identify sales opportunities, and accelerate advisor activation. Lead marketing strategies for product launches and enhancements, collaborating closely with national account managers, external carrier partners, and training teams to ensure seamless alignment within complex institutional compliance frameworks.

· Analytics & Optimization – Track, measure, and analyze marketing effectiveness through data-driven KPIs, campaign performance metrics, and advisor feedback loops to continuously improve strategy. Ensure all marketing tactics directly support national account sales growth and broader business objectives.

Qualifications:

· 5-7 years of financial services experience in marketing with a Carrier, Agency, Distributor or equivalent

· Solid understanding of financial and insurance products with proven results in launching and scaling third-party products through bank, broker-dealer and national accounts channels.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing high-impact messaging and presentations as well as technical analysis.

· Experience with market research, competitive intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.

· Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization

Compensation & Benefits:
