This is an onsite leadership role based in our Santa Fe Springs office. Being physically present is essential to coaching the team, strengthening collaboration, and driving the performance and culture that make this group successful.

You'll navigate a complex multi-tier distribution network, take smart risk, and turn brand momentum into disciplined, scalable growth. Your leadership will influence how enthusiasts experience our products, from elite racers to weekend warriors across every channel and every touchpoint.

You'll thrive here if you're aggressively curious, analytical, confident without ego, and driven to build high-performance teams.
