Position Summary

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by understanding customer requirements, developing tailored solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. Acting as the key interface between customers and internal teams, this role combines commercial acumen with technical credibility to deliver value-driven outcomes.

The role focuses on building long-term partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties outside of core sales responsibilities may be required as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prospective clients
  • Generate sales by aligning customer needs with suitable products and services
  • Proactively identify upcoming projects prior to tender stage
  • Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, submissions, and quotations
