As a part-time Delivery Channel Support Specialist, you will assist front-line staff and remote members with account servicing, fulfillment requests, and a variety of administrative and specialty functions. This role plays an important part in ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient service while helping the department meet operational and service-level expectations.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple systems and processes are essential for success in this role.
The Opportunity: We are seeking a part-time Delivery Channel Support Specialist to join the DCS team.
Regular schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide research, problem-solving, and phone support to staff through general and specialized phone queues.
  • Handle member fulfillment requests.
  • Provide full, direct service support on membership matters and deposit accounts to remote members and potential members.
  • Handle administrative assignments on specialty processes such as IRAs, deceased and fiduciary accounts, business accounts, document management, wire transfers, online and mobile banking, and online account opening.
  • Use various computer applications, data stores and knowledge bases to input, interpret and research financial information in response to member inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of policy, process, procedural and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of user knowledge on all core systems.
  • Interface with other departments to provide problem resolution for members.
  • Special projects, system testing and project tasks, as assigned.
  • Cross train on any DCS core function, as assigned.

What You'll Need:
  • Associate's degree, completion of two years of college coursework, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one year of front-line financial services experience, branch experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial products, processes and procedures.
  • Ability to effectively navigate and utilize financial core systems, ECM platforms, and vendor applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service.
  • Ability to move or lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to initiate and embrace change.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, and ability to work in a team environment.
