Job description

Job Summary:
Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is seeking a ChangeMan Administrator to support the Medicaid IT Services team in making federally mandated changes for the Medicaid System of SC. The role involves performing configuration management technician duties, supporting the migration tool ChangeMan, and providing training and consulting for Medicaid services users.
Responsibilities:
• Write and maintain any customization needed for the change management tool – (Serena - ChangeMan) including creating rexx and/or xml reports, and customizing skeletons and panels as needed.
• Evaluate, test, and install upgrades/new releases for the ChangeMan software.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining ChangeMan documentation as it pertains to the Medicaid it services change management requirements.
• Train the Medicaid systems team on using the new release of the configuration management software (ChangeMan).
• Provide consulting on ChangeMan software for Medicaid services users.
• Serve as primary contact for questions or problems relating to the ChangeMan software.
• Migrate software for Medicaid services into production environment. Verify that software is approved for migration.
• Migrate software and verify successful migration.
• Communicate effectively in both written and spoken communication.
• Work collaboratively with Clemson staff and other contracted staff.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2+ years' experience as a ChangeMan Administrator
• 5+ years total experience between MAINFRAME, MVS COBOL, JCL, and IDMS
• Must be familiar with ChangeMan internal Skels and panels
• Experience with configuration management principles and procedures, and software testing procedures.
• Soft skills Required: Effective communication skills (written and oral), adaptability, flexibility, self-motivation, problem solving, analytical thinking, time management, ability to work effectively in a stressful environment.
• High School Diploma and experience as a Configuration Management Technician.
Preferred:
• CA-ADS experience
• Experience with participating in Serena ChangeMan software upgrades
• Previous experience in health care related information technology, insurance information technology, Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), Medicaid eligibility, or social services eligibility, while not absolutely necessary, will be helpful.
