About the team:
The team leads the strategy and execution of return capabilities across Walmart’s international marketplace and fulfillment networks. It collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketplace, and Market teams to deliver scalable solutions enhancing seller, customer, and associate experiences. Positioned at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, the team translates complex business challenges into effective product and technical investments. It drives alignment across multiple markets, creating a unified roadmap for domestic and cross-border returns. Success requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering impactful results.
