Fully Remote | Role Term through Dec 2028
If you've ever wanted to lead a transformation that truly changes how a global company operates, this could be your role.
Regal Global Entertainment is embarking on a multi-year Oracle Fusion transformation that will touch nearly every corner of our business, from HR and Finance to Supply Chain. In this role, you'll lead a significant business transformation, owning our change management strategy and helping over 20,000 employees across 9 countries adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.
This is an opportunity to shape how a multi-billion-dollar entertainment company evolves while building lasting capabilities that will transform how we manage change on a global scale.
What You'll Do
  • Lead global change management delivery for a multi-year Oracle implementation, driving adoption HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules
  • Partner with executive leaders and functional stakeholders to shape how teams adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working across the organization
  • Serve as our primary internal change management leader, shaping the strategy while guiding external consulting partners responsible for change delivery
  • Build communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness strategies that turn complex change into a positive employee experience
  • Work closely with leaders across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions to build alignment, overcome challenges, and maintain momentum
  • Use feedback, readiness assessments, and adoption data to continuously improve results and ensure the transformation delivers lasting value
  • Establish change management practices, tools, and frameworks that will strengthen Regal's ability to navigate future transformations
  • Travel occasionally to Knoxville to connect with stakeholders and support key milestones

Rewards You'll Love
  • Annual bonus opportunity tied to company and individual performance
  • 401(k) program with a company match
  • Medical, vision, dental, and other insurance coverage for you and your family
  • Paid Vacation, Sick, and Parental leave
  • 12 Paid Holidays each year
  • 7 free movie tickets monthly and 50% off most concessions at Regal theatres

You Should Apply If
  • You've led large-scale enterprise transformation and organizational change programs that impacted multiple business functions and stakeholder groups
  • You've played a significant leadership role in Oracle, Workday, SAP, or similarly complex technology transformations for large entertainment, hospitality, or retail companies
  • You've successfully directed external consulting or implementation partners while maintaining accountability for outcomes
  • You're equally comfortable developing strategy, influencing executives, and rolling up your sleeves to solve problems when information is incomplete
  • You thrive in autonomous environments where you're trusted to build relationships, drive progress, and deliver results without extensive oversight
