  • Partner with program teams and operational leaders to assess how changes will affect roles, workflows, decision-making, handoffs, operating routines, and day-to-day work; identify adoption risks and develop strategies that support successful implementation and sustainment.
  • Translate program and productivity objectives into the specific behaviors, capabilities, leadership practices, operating routines, and ways of working required to achieve lasting results.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments, change readiness assessments, and impact analyses to inform change planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain a regular presence at operating locations to understand how change is experienced by frontline employees, supervisors, managers, and operational leaders, and use those insights to improve adoption approaches.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of progressive experience in organizational change, transformation, operational excellence, program delivery, or a related field within matrix organizations.
  • Experience working directly with frontline employees, supervisors, managers, and operational leaders in field-based or operational environments.
  • Strong stakeholder-management, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to use data and reporting to assess adoption, identify risks or gaps, and recommend actions that improve change outcomes.
  • Experience with creating practical adoption and reinforcement materials, including training support resources, job aids and leader toolkits.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly and maintain a meaningful on-site presence across NY and MA operating locations.
