ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Partner with line of business and business unit leaders to develop business strategy
2. Translate strategic objectives into cross-functional execution plans that enable the realization of desired outcomes.
3. On an ongoing basis, identify opportunities and develop initiatives to accelerate performance against strategic goals and objectives.
4. Lead the development of, and present recommendations to address strategic business needs.
5. Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to support strategic rationale and measure results.
6. Lead cross-functional teams to clarify execution tactics and plans to achieve strategic goals.
7. Facilitate and drive project meetings with senior business leaders, business partners, and SMEs.
8. Develop, guide, and mentor less tenured teammates.
9. Develop and drive consistent adoption of templates, processes, and approaches to streamline core and common functions including meetings, business overviews, headcount tracking and management, HR initiatives, etc.
10. Support a culture of collaboration and trust through frequent and transparent communication, professionalism, and respect.


QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent education and related training or experience to include 8+ years of experience in positions that carry increasing levels of responsibility, including experience in strategy or business consulting

3. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
4. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
