Job description

Our client is seeking a Power Plant Construction Manager to lead field operations on a major power generation project in the Southwest Iowa. This individual will serve as the senior on-site construction leader, overseeing project execution, workforce coordination, subcontractor management, safety performance, and overall project delivery from the field.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced construction professional who has successfully managed large-scale power generation, utility, or heavy industrial projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a complex energy infrastructure project while supporting the continued growth of a well-established contractor with a strong presence in the power and industrial sectors.

  • Strong background managing subcontractors, construction schedules, budgets, and field operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large project teams in fast-paced construction environments
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
