Dulles Oral Surgical Center is looking to hire surgical assistant.

Experience in the dental or oral surgery field is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate! The ideal candidate is someone who is hard working, reliable, a good team player, energetic, multitask-er, detail-oriented, people person with a strong work ethic and excellent communications skills. Salary based on experience.


Requirements:
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified
CPR/AED Certified
Virginia Radiology Certification
High School diploma
Basic Computer Knowledge

Responsibilities:
Setting Up Operatories and Treatment Trays for Various Procedures
Reviewing Medical History
Taking Vital Signs
Maintaining Sanitary Conditions
Sterilization of instruments/OSHA Protocol
Adhere to HIPAA standards
Taking x-rays (pano, ceph, CBCT)
Chair side Assisting During Surgeries
Providing Pre and Post operative care to Patients
Ensuring the best possible patient experience
Knowledge of dental and medical terminology would be a plus
