Charles Street Dental is now hiring a Full Time Dental Assistant in Baltimore, Maryland!

Charles Street Dental is a friendly, close-knit dental practice seeking a compassionate and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled in assisting with dental procedures but also has a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional care to every patient. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments, taking X-rays, and maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment. You’ll also help with patient education, ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed about their treatments.   • Assist the dentist during various dental procedures (required experience with Scanning and fabricate temporaries)
  • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols
  • Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
  • Set up and break down treatment rooms before and after procedures
  • Provide patient education on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care
  • Prepare and manage patient charts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist with taking dental impressions and preparing materials for dental appliances
