Job description

Integrated Health 21's (IH21) Northeast Division (formerly known as Health Fitness Concepts RN, LLC) has been creating best-in-class wellness service for 38 years. IH21 partners with insurance carriers and employers to create health and wellness events, including but not limited to chair massage during the work week (no evenings or weekends).

We are increasing our Licensed Massage Therapist staff for corporate events.

This is a PRN, as-needed position, as an independent contractor (1099)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform massage and reflexology services at corporate chair massage events at various locations.
  • Provide own chair massage supplies and maintain professional liability insurance.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all corporate chair massage events.
  • Follow Company policies relating to sign-in sheets of clients, recordkeeping related to hours worked, and dress code.
  • Act as independent contractor, understand and comply with applicable federal, state, and local requirements related to employment taxes and reporting wages.
  • Maintain all HIPAA and OSHA standards.
  • Travel is required to event locations.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of one solid year in work experience with corporate chair massage events
  • Current Massage Therapist License for applicable state(s)
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Must carry and provide professional liability policy referencing Integrated Health 21 as additional insurer
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
