How does a chain sales manager typically collaborate with other departments to ensure successful chain account management?

A Chain Sales Manager frequently works cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution for key accounts. This collaboration involves coordinating promotional activities, forecasting inventory needs, and negotiating pricing structures to meet both client and company objectives.
