This role must be filled at the client site 5 days per week in Pittsburgh / Cleveland / Dallas.
CGI is looking to hire an experienced Business Systems Analyst. You will work in one of the most significant and highly visible teams, which gives you an opportunity to make a statement across multiple levels with your efforts
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Manage multiple IT projects including new development, application upgrades, and infrastructure updates
Work directly with project teams, management, and clients to determine project scope, objectives, and budget
Develop project documentation that includes requirements, project plans, use cases, system specifications, technical documents, and other test plans
Identify and manage project issues
Ability to create Swagger files
Serve as the technical point of contact between product management, development team, sales, and clients
Solicit, comprehend, and analyze business data, objectives, and processes.
Take responsibility for successful product delivery
Through coaching and facilitation, ensure the team follows agile processes (e.g. self directed problem solvers) and ceremonies (Daily Standup meetings, Estimation, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, and refinement & Review/Demo)
Help team set realistic objectives for Feature and Sprint delivery timeframes
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
3+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst.
1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Experience working in Banking domain.
Experience working in Agile and /or Scrum development.
Experience working in Java based projects.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio.
Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
Business process management and modeling.
Requirements definition and management.
Problem solving and/or analytical thinking.
Possess ability to manage workload, manage multiple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers, as applicable.
Understanding of Banking Industry Architecture Network (BIAN)

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 $139,300.00.
