You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
• Leading two teams, Security Engineering and the Identity Management Office, while providing strategic direction, people leadership, and operational oversight for security engineering and identity and access management programs.
• Setting the strategy and driving the hands-on execution behind a modern identity and security program, from phishing-resistant authentication to next-generation security engineering capabilities.
• Partnering with leaders across IT, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and the business to make security an enabler rather than an obstacle.
• Staying ahead of identity-related risks through proactive access reviews and fast remediation of vulnerabilities and compliance findings.
• Pushing continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and adoption of industry best practices.
• Evaluating emerging technologies, managing vendor relationships, and jointly owning the security tooling budget with the CISO to keep the program ahead of the threat curve.
• Building, coaching, and growing a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Progressive leadership experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or security engineering, including leading teams through significant change.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity/Information Technology.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, authentication protocols, directory services, cloud security, and access management principles.
• Experience modernizing enterprise IAM environments, including Microsoft Entra, Conditional Access, phishing-resistant MFA, privileged access management, and retirement of legacy platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across technical and business functions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
Desired Skills and Experience
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, CCZT, CRISC, or CGEIT.
• Experience working in large, global enterprise environments with complex identity and security requirements.
• Expertise in modern identity governance and administration practices.
• Experience implementing and optimizing Microsoft Entra, Conditional Access, phishing-resistant MFA, and privileged access management solutions.
