  • Oversee post-acquisition financial integration, ensuring systems, controls, and reporting scale effectively.

Fundraising & Investor Relations

  • Lead capital strategy across equity, debt, and strategic financing initiatives.
  • Own relationships with investors, lenders, and the Board, delivering clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.

Financial Operations & Scalable Infrastructure

  • Oversee global accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and compliance functions.
  • Strengthen internal controls, revenue recognition, and cash management to support rapid growth.
  • Implement scalable financial systems and infrastructure to enable international expansion.

Business Partnering & Operational Excellence

  • Partner with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to optimize unit economics and drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead pricing strategy, monetization models, and key SaaS metrics including ARR, CAC, LTV, and retention.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and operational KPIs across the organization.

Leadership & Culture

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global finance team.
  • Function as a culture carrier, driving transparency, accountability, and operational rigor across the business.

What You Bring

  • CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential.
  • Demonstrated success scaling a technology company through rapid growth, entering new markets, and building global financial infrastructure.
  • Deep experience with M&A, including valuation, deal structuring, due diligence, and post-merger integration
  • Experience operating in multi-entity, multi-currency environments (U.S., Canada, APAC preferred).
  • Experience working with private equity or venture-backed companies, including managing investor relations.
  • Background in healthcare, food service technology, or operational SaaS solutions
  • Ability to travel; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam + if required)
