Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Popcorn Production Attendantย to join our team at CFG Bank Arena. As a popcorn production attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious popcorn to our guests while ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone.ย 

This role pays an hourly rate of $16.50 and is tip eligible.

Benefits for part-time roles: 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching.

This position will remain open until July 31, 2026.

About the Venue

CFG Bank Arena is home to some of the most iconic concerts and shows to ever perform live. Recently, it underwent a massive $200+ million renovation that completely transformed Baltimore's iconic arena into a modernized entertainment and hospitality destination. CFG Bank Arena was just recently named the 4th Highest Grossing Venue Worldwide in venues at 10,001-15,000 capacity by Billboard.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and pop popcorn using professional popcorn-making equipment.
  • Serve popcorn to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized popcorn station.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting guests with their popcorn selections.
  • Monitor and regulate temperature and cooking time to ensure the perfect popcorn consistency.
  • Replenish popcorn supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to food safety and health regulations.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a popcorn popper or in a hospitality role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of popcorn making techniques and equipment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to lift heavy bags of popcorn.
