Central Florida Communities, Inc. (CFC) has warm, welcoming, home-inspired facilities and programs for individuals with developmental disabilities in Orange, Brevard, Lake and Seminole Counties.
CFC operates three 64-bed Intermediate Care Facilities for the Developmentally Disabled (ICF/DD's), Howell Branch Court, Lake View Court and Washington Square. As a member of our staff, you will be a part of one of these living centers and provide vital around the clock care, which includes nursing and medical oversight, to our residents.

Purpose:
This position is directly responsible for the safe handling and preparation of food to ensure the correct portion sizes, food textures, therapeutic diets and special meal needs of our clients to meet their nutritional needs.
Essential Duties:
Serve meals on time.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of safety utilizing equipment in a safe manner by following instructions for operation and care.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of sanitation and infection control standards and of 64E-11 regulations.
Assist in dining room during delivery of meal.
