Position Overview

Barupon is seeking a strategic, capital marketsdriven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company through its IPO and transition into a publicly traded organization. The ideal candidate has successfully taken one or more companies public, built billion-dollar enterprise value, and possesses deep expertise in public market finance, regulatory compliance, investor relations, and large-scale financial strategy.

This executive will partner closely with the CEO and board to prepare Barupon for IPO readiness, execute the public listing process, and scale the financial infrastructure required for a high-growth public company.

Core QualificationsIPO & Public Market Experience
  • Direct experience leading or co-leading an Initial Public Offering (IPO) from preparation to listing.

  • Proven record of taking companies public and navigating SEC regulatory processes.

  • Strong experience with S-1 filings, SEC reporting, and public company compliance (SOX, GAAP/IFRS).

  • Ability to build and lead IPO readiness programs, including governance, financial reporting systems, and internal controls.

Executive CFO Leadership
  • 1020+ years of progressive finance leadership, including significant experience as a CFO or senior finance executive.

  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise-scale finance operations in high-growth companies.

  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams including FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, and investor relations.
