Prestigious global bank seeks a bilingual Japanese Financial Analyst at its Pan Asian Corporate Banking Department to support Relationship Managers in preparing credit applications, reviewing quarterly financial reports and conducting credit reviews of loans in the portfolio.<\/span>

Responsibilities include:<\/span><\/b>

Analyze and research on the performance of corporate borrowers and assess historical performance and future projections; ie. Cash flow analysis, risk capital calculations.<\/span>

Gather support documentation to structure deals, liaise with middle and back office for KYC purposes, and assist in drafting pre\-screen memos for the Credit Department.<\/span>

Conduct quarterly and annual reviews of loan portfolio and handle a variety of system and procedural issues related to the borrowers such as internal grading, monthly\/quarterly reporting, and other ad hoc projects.<\/span>

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Accounting preferred or equivalent education and training.<\/span>

  • 1\-2 years of experience working at a corporate bank or other financial institution.<\/span>

  • Some knowledge of banking and prior internships at a bank or financial institution preferred.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Highly proficient MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills are required.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • CFA Level I a plus.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Japanese language skills (business level) required.<\/span>
