We're looking for an experienced RV Technician who isย reliable, hardworking, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that values quality, teamwork, and accountability.

What You'll Do
  • Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, propane, and mechanical systems.

  • Perform warranty, customer-pay, maintenance, inspections, and installations.

  • Troubleshoot problems and complete quality repairs.

  • Communicate with Service Advisors about diagnosis, parts, and repair status.

  • Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized.

  • Take pride in doing the job right the first time.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of RV Technician experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of RV systems and troubleshooting.

  • Reliable attendance and dependable work habits.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and team-oriented.

  • RVIA/RVDA certification preferred, but experience matters.
