Job description

Title: Rollouts Project Manager

Reports to: Director of Rollouts

Location: Alpharetta, GA or Hickory, NC

It’s also a great opportunity for Project Coordinators who want to grow into the next step of their career.


What You Will Be Doing

Build Project Managers are responsible for delivering top-notch implementation services to clients. You are responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget for projects. As part of the Build team, you will focus on large, single-site renovation or new construction projects for enterprise clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and maintain client relationships and expectations.

  • Ensure the entire scope of the project is delivered on time and within budget while providing superior installation services for the client.

  • Manage timelines of projects with multiple deliverables and keep all stakeholders updated on progress along the way.

  • Meet internal gross profit objectives.

  • Maintain CRM/systems and keep dashboards up-to-date to ensure project details and financials are met, including projections, invoicing, and costs.

  • Identify and achieve milestones through project lifecycles.

  • Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, internal and external.

Key Qualifications
  • An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • PMP, RCDD, and CTS certifications are preferred.

  • Low voltage and/or security licenses are preferred.

  • Experience in one or more of the technologies we offer (access control, surveillance, structured cabling, audiovisual, wireless, etc.)

  • 4+ years of Project Management experience.

  • Good organization and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Passion for working with customers and helping them succeed.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks without sacrificing quality.
