Sales Representative


Title: National Account Manager

Reports to: Director of Sales

Location: Alpharetta, GA

What You Will Be Doing

Sales Representatives focus on selling technology integration services and custom-engineered solutions to enterprise businesses. You will be responsible for prospecting, closing deals, coordinating between multiple stakeholders (internally and externally), and quarterbacking opportunities throughout the client lifecycle. In addition to pursuing new business, our best reps focus on developing and growing positive long-term relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Utilize tech stack to develop a healthy, qualified pipeline and accurately forecast deals.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships.

  • Work with clients to understand and identify their strategic vision, objectives, and needs and communicate those findings to relevant stakeholders (internal and external).

  • Set proper customer expectations consistent with service offerings and delivery potential.

  • Coordinate the creation, review, and hand-off of proposals and scopes of work.

  • Understand, establish, and promote relationships with OEMs, channel partners, vendors, and other strategic partners.

  • Meet annual sales quota.


Key Qualifications

  • Exceptional prospecting and closing skills.

  • Familiar with a 3-6 month sales cycle

  • Experience in one or more of the technologies we offer (access control, surveillance, structured cabling, audiovisual, wireless, etc.)

  • Enjoys working autonomously and is very self-motivated.

  • Strong and professional presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Commercial construction experience including new builds, renovations, and retrofits.

  • Ability to travel locally and out of state (approximate travel is 0-4 overnight trips per month).

  • A creative out-of-the-box thinker with good attention to detail

Required Licenses/Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Acceptable MVR and valid driver's license

  • BICSI RCDD certification preferred
