Job description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Property Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Leads the execution of property management activities and validates the accuracy of inventory data for senior management review.
* Coordinate the investigation of property discrepancies and lead the development of technical root cause analyses for asset loss.
* Monitor property performance against established benchmarks and validate the implementation of asset lifecycle improvements.
* Conducts specialized Property Reviews for sustainment assets intended for theater Mission Partners.
* Validate the technical accuracy of property reports and lead field-level assessments of inventory accountability and distribution procedures.
* Provide technical guidance to ensure that all property management activities meet theater-specific and command-mandated standards in the Pacific AOR.
* Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education)
* 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
* Experience in formal property oversight and leading technical root cause analysis for property discrepancies. Preferred Qualifications: * NPMA Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA).
* Experience with DoW technical manuals and property control for expeditionary equipment.
* Certified Property Manager (CPPM). Clearance Required: * Must hold an active Secret clearance Physical Requirements: * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
