Job description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This position manages contract administration, procurement, document control, project financials, risk management, scheduling, quality control, and owner and subcontractor relationships while supporting field operations. The Senior Project Manager will also provide leadership and direction to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Interns, and Project Administrators.
Qualifications:
Minimum: BS in Construction Management or related field (4+ years of construction-related experience may be substituted in lieu of a four-year degree); 7 years of industry experience on projects valued at $5 million or more, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager; scheduling software experience; document control experience
Preferred: Graduate-level degree and/or Associate Contractor Certification; 10+ years of industry experience on projects valued at $10 million or more, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager; demonstrated leadership experience; OSHA certification; P6 scheduling software experience; project management software experience; experience across multiple market sectors
