Ready to step into a high-trust role with a top-tier carrier?
Class A CDL driver wanted with 3+ years of HazMat experience to serve a premier customer.
Enjoy consistent work and a professional, safety-first operation.

About Us:

Whether you're behind the wheel, under the hood, or managing logistics, you'll be part of a team that values integrity, hustle, and hands-on know-how. Ready to join a company where your work fuels real progress? Let's roll.
Why You'll Love Working Here:
We don't just offer jobs-we offer a future. As part of the True companies family, you'll enjoy a generous, well-rounded benefits package designed to support your life in and out of work. Benefits include competitive health coverage, dental/vision insurance, up to 4 weeks of vacation, sick leave, 401(k) with employer match, company-paid life and disability insurance, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, and more. We believe in rewarding hard work and supporting your future.
We take care of our people-because we know they're the heart of everything we do.
What You'll Do:
  • Safely transport Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) between terminals and customer locations in strict compliance with all applicable DOT, FMCSA, and hazardous materials regulations.
  • Perform safe, efficient loading and unloading of CNG trailers, including connecting and disconnecting trailers, hoses, and equipment, strictly following company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of tractors, trailers, and CNG equipment; promptly document and report any defects, leaks, or safety concerns.
  • Ensure all required permits, placards, shipping papers, and regulatory documentation are present, accurate, and current for each trip and delivery.
  • Rigorously follow all company CNG safety policies, standard operating procedures, and site-specific rules at terminals and customer locations, including traffic patterns and hazard zones.
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times when handling CNG equipment, working around high-pressure lines, or entering customer facilities.
  • Maintain assigned vehicles, trailers, and associated tools in a clean, inspection-ready condition and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs and preventive service.
  • Monitor and accurately record operating data such as pressures, temperatures, volumes, delivery times, and inspection results in logs or electronic systems.
  • Maintain strong situational awareness in industrial environments (such as oil and gas or heavy industry sites), proactively identifying and mitigating hazards before they lead to incidents.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, supervisors, and customer personnel regarding schedules, site conditions, delays, incidents, or any unsafe situations.
  • Respond appropriately to abnormal or emergency conditions (e.g., suspected leaks, alarms, equipment malfunctions) by following established emergency response and notification procedures.
  • Adhere to hours-of-service regulations and company work-rest guidelines, ensuring fitness for duty and timely completion of all required driver documentation.
  • Participate in required safety meetings, drills, and ongoing training related to CNG handling, hazardous materials transport, and emergency response to maintain current knowledge and certifications.
  • Work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, while consistently maintaining high safety standards and compliance regardless of conditions or time of day.
  • Support a strong safety culture by reporting near-misses, sharing safety observations, and actively contributing to continuous improvement in transportation and field operations.
What We're Looking For:
Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities
  • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
  • Three (3) years of recent Haz Mat experience; experience hauling tanks, bulk liquids, or compressed gases preferred.
  • Ability to safely perform physically demanding work, including climbing ladders/stairs, repeatedly connecting/disconnecting hoses, and lifting up to 50-100 pounds as required.
  • Willingness and ability to work variable hours, nights/weekends/holidays, and travel overnight depending on route and customer needs.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • Possession of a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements in accordance with regulations governing compressed gas transport.
  • Clean driving record meeting company and FMCSA driver qualification standards.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
