Partners with senior leaders and determines business unit, sales, or function business drivers and priorities to identify the capabilities needed by employees to achieve business growth, revenue, and profit objectives. Creates plans aligned with business strategy and priorities within established budgets and other constraints to develop employee capability to meet the business objectives more successfully, especially to address gaps in capability and/or performance. Provides business management expertise to measure business impact, return on investment, and other relevant metrics, ensuring business process execution from beginning to end.

Responsibilities:

Executive Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across HPE Channel Sales, Business Units, and WW Sales Enablement to identify business priorities and certification needs.

  • Lead regular governance meetings, stakeholder calls, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key leadership teams.

  • Act as the primary interface between Sales leadership and the WW Sales Enablement Certification organization.

Certification Governance & Partner Program Alignment

  • Ensure certification strategy aligns with Partner Ready Vantage program benefits, requirements, and compliance frameworks.

  • Partner with Channel and BU leadership to ensure certification programs support partner capability development and program compliance.

  • Maintain governance alignment across certification initiatives supporting HPE's partner ecosystem.

Sales Certification Portfolio & Curriculum Lifecycle Management

  • Own the sales certification curriculum lifecycle, including yearly planning, roadmap definition, and portfolio evolution.

  • Define and recommend sales certification frameworks and learning paths across HPE portfolios.

  • Manage the Plan of Record process, ensuring milestones, program checkpoints, and adoption targets are met.

Program Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional development and delivery teams to execute the certification roadmap and deliver high-quality programs.

  • Partner with certification development, delivery, and operations teams to ensure successful program launches and lifecycle management.

  • Ensure alignment between curriculum development, certification design, and global program delivery.

Forecast, Budget & Performance Management

  • Own certification forecasting, budget management, and performance metrics.

  • Track certification adoption, program performance, and capability readiness across the sales ecosystem.

  • Provide leadership visibility into program results, adoption trends, and return on investment (ROI).

Continuous Improvement & Business Feedback Integration

  • Analyze feedback from Business Units, channel partners, and field sales teams to identify capability gaps.

  • Drive continuous improvement of certification programs to increase business impact, adoption, and sales readiness.

  • Ensure certification programs remain aligned with evolving portfolio strategy and go-to-market priorities.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First-level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years in training, enablement, certification, or equivalent roles.

  • 6+ years demonstrated presentation, facilitation, and consulting experience.

  • 6+ years managing complex programs or projects within global organizations.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of sales enablement, certification strategy, and partner ecosystems.

  • Experience designing and managing sales certification or enablement programs.

  • Ability to think strategically while managing operational execution.

  • Excellent strategic planning, communication, and change management skills.

  • Strong financial and business acumen, including program budgeting and forecasting.

  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-organizational alignment.

  • Strong project management and analytical capabilities.

  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and partner ecosystems.
