SUMMARY
Partner Energy is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Program Coordinator to support the delivery of energy efficiency and sustainability services. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project coordination, proactive communication, and timely execution of deliverables. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing competing priorities, and has a strong interest in sustainability and energy efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate project schedules and manage day-to-day client communications
  • Address client inquiries and concerns with timely, solutions-oriented responses
  • Perform accurate data entry in established systems and formats
  • Support site visit coordination and staff scheduling for project teams
  • Assist in reviewing energy and water efficiency findings with clients and explaining results relative to program requirements
  • Support invoicing, project setup, and CRM data management
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, proposal submissions, and report delivery dates
  • Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and marketing materials
  • Research rebate programs and track relevant regulatory and legislative updates
  • Participate in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
  • Ensure prompt responses to client emails and phone inquiries
  • Collaborate effectively across internal teams
  • This role offers the opportunity to grow within the energy and sustainability field, with exposure to clients, technical teams, and program management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple mediums
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, public policy, sustainability, or related degree or equivalent years of experience in related field.

COMPENSATION
Salary range: $23-$26/hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
