Care Career is seeking a travel Surgical Technician Level II for a travel job in Phoenix, Arizona.

Job Description & Requirements
  • Specialty: Surgical Technician

  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift: 10 hours, days

Certified Surgical Technologist (OR)

Shift: 4x10 Days (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) | Start 6:30 AM | Call Required
40 Guaranteed Hours

13-Week Contract
$1700/Week


Requirements:

  • BLS Certification
  • Trauma and Ortho Trauma experience required
  • General Surgery experience required
  • First-time travelers accepted
  • Robotics experience (Si & Xi preferred)
  • Scrub experience preferred
  • Active license required

Responsibilities:

  • Scrub and assist in General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Orthopedic Trauma, ENT, Spine, Plastics, Robotics, Hand, Eye, and Trauma cases
  • Support high-risk C-sections, donor procedures, and neonatal surgeries
  • Maintain sterile field and surgical instrumentation
  • Participate in call rotation and weekend coverage
  • Float to Lithotripsy if experienced

Other:

  • Level I Trauma Center
  • 11 OR Rooms (9 Regular, 1 Trauma, 1 Urgent)
  • EMR: Cerner / Surginet
  • No local candidates (50-mile radius rule applies)
